Hello! I am using this case to test out the way line breaks happen with longer emails that are sent in as cases. Previously this was breaking wherever the case had a break when it was prepopulated in the idea description.
It's really awesome that we pre-populate the idea description because that's a huge time saver. But if we throw random line breaks in there customers will end up with all sorts of weirdly formatted ideas because support teams will probably not want to take the time to remove the randomness.
